Not sure if it’s safe – Windscribe VPN Review

Hello I have not gotten the app but I’m looking for a safe VPN for free and this look like one but some people said it messes with your phone or WI-FI I’m wondering if it’s just something already wrong with their phone or it will actually mess with my phone?
