Seriously... – Cartoon Camera FX Plus Review

Don't know if the pro version is any better but this app has around 7 FX that can probably be found in any other camera app. There is no ability to adjust the density of the FX. The "cartoon" one just makes your photo fuzzy with a bunch of lines so black and thick they just obscure your image.
