They charge you for past declined payments once you have enough money back on your card . Then they make their games completely unrealistic , 17 in a row black , then 14 in a row red . It conveniently changes if you choose to "ride the wave" , once you get big . If you request a refund through APPLE for the declined payments , they ban your account ! ??? Their custmore support is AWFUL . The email support doesn't even respond . So when you put all this together , I think we have every right to request refunds . However Mico has banned 3 of my accounts now . Almost like , I was suppose to give them the free money for declined purchases in which I received no coins . Or like I was suppose to sit back and let them scam me out of money while I get no response from their customer support team . If they could be fair , I think they'd see that they would make a lot more money . Cuz ppl like me , who are big spenders would still be there . Foolish greedy app .
