ADs crash game – X2 Blocks : 2048 Number Puzzle Review

When I get a new high tile, the AD to claim the reward keeps crashing my game. I tried clicking on app support but the website wouldn’t open. I purchased “no ads” but I still have to watch an ad to claim the new tile and remove the lowest tile value. Very frustrating that causes my game to crash
