After trying a few other similar apps (ChatTime & Voxofon), I've learned that Cheap Calls provides consistently clear call quality at a very competitive price! The callback feature is fabulous & prevents me from having to pay local provider charges. Thanks! ** Update regarding CALL PRICING: This is the ONLY call-back enabled app I have used the has *no hidden fees*! The rates stated in the callback chart for each call is actually the actual amount charged per minute for the call (unlike other apps [Callbacker], which add additional charges for the callback portion of the call).
