Love it! But there is definitely room for improvement – Sprite Fantasia Review

So first off I freaking love this game! It’s super cute, fun, and the graphics are gorgeous. I’ve played quite a few mmo rpg mobile games and this one is by far my favorite! The classes are cool and I love that, while the combat is still somewhat basic (as it often is in these games), I do have to think about the way I play and what skills I should activate and when as well as how I would like my skills to work (for example, do I want to sacrifice damage for a status effect like stun do I want big powerful aoe skills that are slow or something faster that is single target etc). It’s nice that player input matters in this game instead of auto mode stealing all the glory. I also love the customization options. You can get outfits & weapon skins for free and even mounts! You can farm in this game as well which is also a nice feature that lets you relax from constant combat. However, all that lovely stuff aside this game is not without its faults. For one, bugs are a bit of a problem for example I can’t progress or claim my remaining rewards from the “training” quest for some reason. I’m stuck in the novice section even though I’ve completed everything I needed to do yet the game doesn’t let me claim my reward & move on to the next section. Also if you’re going to delete a character and start over in the hopes of keeping your name be warned: if you don’t change your name prior to deleting the character that name will be gone forever apparently which is really annoying. The game could also use a dash/ dodge button it’s ridiculous that I have to slowly walk away from enemy attacks. & please add skin tone options! Lastly, I think the game could use some more classes which I hope will be added in future as well as a housing system! I want a house that I can go inside of and decorate not just a farm please! Fix these things and it will definitely get 5 stars from me!
