Need a response ASAP please. – Add Background Music To Video Review

Hi there developers, I’m in mobile app development and I hope this is a mistake. As soon as I purchased the subscription, the project I attempted to create would time out after multiple attempts to adjust, re-download, and reduce the number of photos. When I went to contact support, I was prompted to send an email that contained what appeared to be pre-sandbox GitHub code in the body of the email. Can someone contact me please as soon as possible. I would like to understand what’s going on with the developers before I go to Apple.
