Didn’t work – Straight Talk My Account Review

I spent hours on the phone trying to get this problem resolved. First lady within five minutes said she had it resolved to just go shut the phone off and back on. Did that , did not work.second lady was over an hour ,I don’t know what she was doing but it never did work. Yes I knew my password ,yes I knew my login name and email! just a crappy app.
