That was terrible – Hollister Co. Review

I have never in my life experienced anything so rude. I ordered three sweaters on eighth of December, and was told that all three would arrive on the 16th. my items never showed up and when I went to put the tracking code in it says that code was invalid. I paid $65 and I waited an extra two days. I contacted them on the 18th and told them what had happened, she told me that my items were lost. The girl seemed really sweet and immediately fixed it for me, re-ordering the three sweaters and giving me a partial refund as well as a 30% off coupon code. mind you she would not have done any of this had I not asked for compensation. after receiving the new confirmation code I realize that the package only contained one sweater. so I contacted them again, he said that they in fact did ship all three sweaters. so I sent him a screenshot of the confirmation email saying that only one sweater was in the parcel, he said that that was correct and that only one sweater was shipped?!!! so I told him again WHERE ARE MY SWEATERS?! he said he’ll re-ship them and charge me for them and they’ll arrive in 14 days after Christmas. I told Arnold he will be processing a re-shipment and I will be receiving a gift card compensation to order two more sweaters that will arrive before Christmas. like I originally intended. and he said all he can do is give me is 20% which is by the way not true considering how the previous girlhandled herself and the situation. he then told me he would help me place a new order for two more sweaters and then he would give me 20% off plus expedited shipping fees. I told him I would only agree if the shipping took less than two days.
