Corrupting Filed – Microsoft Excel Review

Since the recent update anytime I modify and then save a file the file or file extension is being corrupted. The next time I try to open the file I receive an error message stating the File Cannot be Opened due to the file or file extension is not valid. I have been using this for over 2 years. The recent update is causing problems for me. To make matters worse, I have been trying to chat with Microsoft App Support for over 1-1/2 hours. Took me 30 minutes to go from 17 in line to first in line. I am still first in line an hour later.
