Not working – Blob Runner 3D Review

Dear Dev, Any time I try to log into blob runner it kicks me out. I had many items and colors and gems. I think if I deleted it and re downloaded it it would be fine, but I dont want to lose my items. I'm really sad bc I play blob runner 3D for many hours a day. Please fix this bug!
