Problem with third-party keyboards – iFood: pedir delivery em casa Review

I've been having problems with my standard keyboard (SwiftKey) not being an option on this app, which seems weird, and only default keyboards are available, which don't have my personal prediction words and shortcuts. I don't see a reason why this should be, but would like a fix. The app doesn't have a "report app problem" section, so, needed to do it here.
