Registration error — can't use – MySudo - Private & Secure Review

Developer keeps deleting my negative review Plagued by the now infamous registration error. I used this app since it was first launched. Now I can't use it. It was decent in the beginning during the period when you could have many numbers for free. Then a few years ago they changed their metric to a very expensive one. Everything deteriorated super fast after I had to replace my iPhone two years ago. Should you replace your iPhone and use your phone backup to restore, you won't be able to register your iPhone. Your sudo number and emails are gone forever. The QR code backup method is absurd. Who backs up to another iPhone or iPad? Others have complained you still can't register to use this app despite contacting support once they receive the registration error. The human replying to reviews seems clueless. I question Sudo's ethics and sincerity. They left me hanging and refuse to try to resolve my issue plaguing others, they are in denial this is happening. They could acknowledge there's a bug and they don't have a fix. But ego would get in the way of that it seems. They become easily defensive despite my substantiated claims and they fall back saying others have no issues. Just because people don't complain doesn't mean they're satisfied or there are no issues. Support seems inept (I think it's only one guy in support) and he wants you to pursue phantoms instead of fixing the sudo app. They imply calling their team inept is abusive. I call it my opinion based on my experience. Just imagine if you had to pay for this service and you received the horrible service like I have? They then just abandon you by being silent and no longer replying to your requests for help? For example. Sudo had me go through so many steps and then ditched me without a word after I completed them all. I contact them many times but they ignore me. The bot like human here won't comment on this. He or she repeats himself and says to contact support which I have. I feel they're masochists enjoying the moment as you become frustrated. The blame game is well played. Brilliant. PS ー I'm not using a VPN to connect. And my device isn't jailbroken. Is it a legitimate device he asks? I say of course it's a legitimate device. Then Team Sudo say nobody else has this same problem. What are you insinuating here? And these are some of the responses just some support makes. It's even made hrteuin their reply to my review. Deja vu. FWIW, if you have VPN certificates on your device that might create issues too but in my case I deleted them and my VPN app during troubleshooting. Bottom line ー this app works if you can get it up and running. if you don't restore from your backup onto new iPhone, then sudo just might register without issue. It's not guaranteed though. For a premium service and the terrible support, this is an epic fail. I have contacted Apple and they're aware of this developer's practises.
