Terrible app- subscription records inaccessible – Just Dance Now Review

I got this app and purchased a 1 year subscription. I see the subscription on my apple account but it’s not recognized in the app itself. I tried to restore purchase and it still doesn’t come through. I had a party and ended up purchasing a 1 day pass and asked for a refund since I already had paid for but couldn’t access the annual subscription and the refund was denied. Google this and you’ll see lots of others are having the same issue with accessing long term subscriptions. Connection status is buggy and users are often dropped constantly. A junk app. Buyer beware.
