Amazing – ToonMe: Cartoon Face Filters Review

This is a really cool app! I love it that there are so many options. But it’s a little hard to use so I only gave it four stars but maybe I’ll get the hang of how to work it being that I just got it. But I would definitely recommend it for anyone.
