please fix this problem – Vont - Text on Videos Review

i have been using Vont for a very long time without having any problems and i loved it, but today when i wanted to write lyrics on a video i couldn’t hear the audio even when my volume was up. this is very upsetting since i need to listen to the audio to write the lyrics in the right part. please fix this!!
