Places order but does not deliver – Namshi - We Move Fashion Review

This app promises 1-2 day delivery. It did not happen for many of my orders. So when I reached out to them they say it is upto 7 days to ship and then 12 days to deliver after that. I have products that are ordered and in processing since last 2-3 weeks. No updates. Disappointed with the service.
