Stuck – Hempire - Weed Growing Game Review

Just got the game and its fine until i get the mission where i have to upgrade my ac unit to level 1. When the screen pops up it says i need to be level 12 and when i try to get it it says insufficient level and i cant click away or anything i just get stuck because its the tutorial mission. Plz help
