Collects personal information – RoboForm Password Manager Review

The app asks email address during registration but the developer didn’t mention about it in privacy section. Is it a mistake or done in purpose? Update after developer's reply: Thank you for the URL, the question was not about privacy policy but about the app store section. What did you mention on privacy policy and decided do not to do the same on the app store? Looks like a violation of app store rules. Could you please fix it.
