Lost progress haven’t received any help – Dark Days: Zombie Survival Review

I’ve been playing the game since it first released I’ve spent money in game as well cause I enjoyed the game but over time lack of updates to the game cause me to uninstall it. I found myself in the mood to play downloaded the game only for all my progress to be lost I’ve clicked on restore purchase and it’s not giving anything back I had everything a decent bad my suit was maxed out to where it could be I had everything set up and was short a brake pad for the car now I have nothing. I haven’t been able to recover my account.
