It’s kind of redundant – Brainbuddy: Quit Porn Now Review

I tried this app for a few months and realized it agitated my tendency more than helped them. Counting the days away from your habits is a bad way to go against them I feel. It’s bean counting. You trade one addiction for another. Though I do like the mindfulness activities and such I feel it would be better to just accept where you are and make the right actions to go away from your tendency. If you wanna change where your conscious attention goes then do it! For me it was just less phone time and just going outside. Being invested in physical activities, yoga, workouts etc. Don’t get any crazy expectations about what will happen when you don’t do your habit. Just be aware of what you’re doing then change it. Give yourself time. Things like this won’t change in a week.
