No one to communicate with, poor customer service – Dwell: Audio Bible Review

I signed up for the free trial. After 5 days I decided not to purchase and notified Dwell. My credit card was still charged the $39.99. I have made 3 requests to cancel. I get the same email telling me to contact Apple. Very poor business practices. Very poor customer service.
