CRASHES CONSTANTLY. I mean, like every second edit. It’s awful. This app used to be so great, now it makes you jump through a ridiculous amount of steps just to save an edit, and then it crashes anyway. Seriously need to get it together. Please. You tell everyone the same lame response. Open the app yourself and try to edit and save two pictures in a row. I guarantee a crash. Then you can avoid having your customers repeat themselves endlessly while you send out the same canned response. Just fix your app, please.
