Can you make people on iPad let do customs thumbnails for free? – YouTube Studio Review

It isn’t fair just to let only pc people use their own thumbnails it’s really unfair and I just wanna use it on iPad, I’m just gonna say this. I’m tired of making my thumbnails in the beginning of the video just please I’m asking to make custome thumbnails on iPad.
