This is the best app I have ever downloaded and probably the only healthy social media ever made. I mean, what other social media out there is just pure unfettered support and love for others and includes 10-20 mins of meditation per day?? In just a few days, I feel more confident, less compulsive (towards everything from alcohol to ice cream to TV..) and more in control. I’m excited to stick with it and see how these changes can begin to solidify. I know that only good can come of this journey.
