Gets stuck at processing – SaveTok Review

I’ve tried this app on two separate phones and every time I try to save a video it gets stuck at processing and the app crashes. When I reopen it says the video has been saved but it’s not in my camera roll and the app doesn’t let me save it after it just gives me the option to bookmark it and hitting the “enable save” does nothing.
