Yes just yes – Meditopia: AI, Meditation Review

I literally love this app it was many free meditations and usually I don’t believe in these but I have insomnia/ anxiety and one night had to get up really early and downloaded this it’s amazing and calmed my mind down for sleep get it NOW if you have problems falling asleep
