Why free on only pc – ABCya Games: Kids Learning App Review

So on my pc I played ABCya! Animate all the time for free but the app you have to pay? That makes no sense what if someone doesn’t have a pc they would have to pay that is not fair for people to who can’t afford it or did not know you had to pay on that device
