Load Error – Family Guy The Quest for Stuff Review

I am receiving an error that says “Load Error: Unknown Character Class.” It has become unplayable, but I’ve spent money on the season pass. If this issue isn’t resolved before the event ends, can I at least get a refund? Also, I am playing this an iPad.
