Photos and schedules do not refresh – SportsSignUp Play Review

I’ve been trying to upload photos for 3 days and the app does not work. I’ve used WiFi, turned off WiFi, reset my phone and deleted and reinstalled the app 3 times. I got a few to load but it won’t work again which is extremely disappointing! I then went on our team website and loaded them very easily from the web version however I can’t see them on the app so it seems the app is not in sync with the web also extremely disappointing. Additionally I often have to delete and reinstall the app to refresh seasons and update schedules because it doesn’t work consistently. I’m a board member on our local rec council and the chairperson for our soccer program with over 1000 registrations just for soccer annually- we are currently seeking a new program with hopes of a more consistent functioning app for our parents.
