Sound not working – Endless Learning Academy Review

Downloaded the app with lots of expectations. Sound doesn’t work on the app. Tried everything. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Switched iPad in and off. Checked with headphones and checked all other apps which are working fine. Toggled settings for sound on and off… nothing works??!!
