Customer service is awful – Blue Apron: Meal Kits Review

Out four shipments two had ingredients missing. One of them was missing the entire ingredient bag for a meal. Billed for the fourth box before I even received the third. Got the fourth box three days after the third, four days earlier than it should have come. Took way to long to respond to my concerns so I canceled my account and now they won’t refund my money on the meal I never got. Said I have to reactive my account and take a credit.
