I upgraded my subscription but I haven’t received the service – Numflix - Second Phone Number Review

Hello I installed the app checked it out and liked it. I subscribed for the mini plan but I couldn’t use it to open what I need then I decided to upgrade and I have been deducted from account and still my Numflix app still shows Mini plan and not premium.
