Hospitality / Personality – The Real Yellow Pages - YP Review

I live near Luby’s on Twin City and Highway 73 in Port Arthur and visit often. For at least 4 years now I’ve had to endure a nasty attitude from two workers serving the food (a mother and daughter). I never knew their name ( was never interested) and they don’t know my name. However, each visit is the same as the last. Unwelcomed ‼️ Clearly, workers with such demeanor should remain in the back of the restaurant. Servers set the tone of the restaurant. Other patrons have shared this exact sentiment with me about the same individuals. Perhaps training is what’s needed to ensure professionalism. Thank you.
