Help w/chart – Calorie Counter PRO MyNetDiary Review

I have tried to restart my weight chart I want it to start Nov 9 & weight that day. I keep choosing New Start date etc but can’t get anew chart. I just paid the $60 but still not happening. Please help or cancel & refund my &60.
