Family Premium Not Working – Slidebox - Photo Manager Review

Great app, but when my brother bought the Premium for this app, I was not able to buy the premium or get it for free (which is what it says - if a family member of apple plan gets the in app purchase, it should be available to all other members in the group). I emailed them but no reply. Good app idea but management needs to be better.
