Won’t let me in the app – Planet Fitness Workouts Review

I love planet fitness but the app not so much. Every time I open the app it just swirls says retrieving membership then after a few minutes it will say connection failure. I have great internet. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled many times. Nothing is working. Please fix this.
