Glitches - way too many – Game of Thrones: Conquest ™ Review

I have played this game for over two years. Every single time I submit issues their suppose sent literally the same generic message saying they will submit to their development team and that there is nothing they can do. At this time I have submitted two different issues that are real issues and I am getting the cold shoulder. Extremely disappointed about how every time I submit something, they always disregard it. I never submit any tickets and when I do. Never get heard. But people in the kingdom are saying they always get resources or evaluate - whatever that means - the situation. However, for me. Nothing. I have invested too much money and I feel like Vega and Mitros are the only one who get my tickets. They always neglect me as a customer. Again. Very disappointed about how I am been discriminated.
