Lost all of our purchases – Crafty Lands Review

My son loves this game and I have put a lot of money into purchasing various lands for him. But we have lost access to all of these lands. When we use the “restore purchases” button on any of our devices, we just get and “unknown error” message. I am pretty unhappy about losing all of the money we have put into the game. We may have an account with a password, however, I can’t remember the password and there is no password recovery option. A second glitch in the game is that we play on a few different devices. If we have bought blocks on one device, we are no longer able to add those blocks on another device. Great game, but too much lost money and too many glitches.
