Great but need assistance – Baby Story: Pregnancy Pictures Review

Hi - Just wondering why I don’t get new “Made For You” frames any longer? Said it’s making them but no new ones every show up? I also don’t get new backdrops. I have paid for the subscription. I have sent to emails to your support email but no response. Thx
