Don’t get this app: it’s broken – GoDaddy Studio (Over): Design Review

I’ve had this app for over and a year and loved it but after switch over to godaddy the app no longer works. After the transition, it worked fine at first, then It’s kicked me out of my account. I was on the phone with customer service for over 2 hours and they could not figure it out and they just kept trying the same things over and over. I wish it worked again because I love it. But now I can’t even get in to cancel my account. I really don’t want to be charged again and my subscription doesn’t even run out for another 2 months so I’m paying for something that doesn’t even work. I am so mad. Please do something about this. I can’t believe how little help I got. 2 hours! 2 actual hours?! Is ridiculous! You don’t know what you’re doing. Do not get!
