Headphone Better than App - App no so good and not necessary – soundcore Review

Earbuds have proven well. Normal issues where one earbud does not last as long as the other. As for the App, it is not very reliable. Connection is not immediate, often taking several tries. Constantly sticks with ‘Retry’ as it cannot connect even though headphones/earbuds are connected and in full use. Even had times where entire life of earbud is used and app never connects. In all cases, phone is sitting on my desk not more than 6 inches from earbuds. When the app works, there are some cool features but they have rendered themselves useless since just connecting to the app is such an effort. All the updates to the app still have not solved this issue. It does not make sense how this simple Bluetooth connection fails connection of the app while the equipment is working fine. Coding needs to be looked at again and refined.
