Not able to save or upload data! – Grand War: Army Strategy War Review

Ok, a few days after I spent $19.99 on this app I am now unable to upload save data which makes it dangerous to play this game because many people have complain about a black screen glitch where you have to reinstall the game losing all of your unsaved data.....
