Far below expectations – TrueCar Used Cars and New Cars Review

The Truecar app never works. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times, it works once or twice after reinstall but then that is it. Truecar used to be so much better. I understand that the auto industry is going through a hard time but yet some of the other competitors apps are so much better. It is not just the apps, even the functionality is below par compared to others.
