Hard vs Easy Levels – Pyramid Solitaire Saga Review

Who determines level of difficulty? Typically, after 3 or 4 turns, I can complete a “Hard” level but the game spits out some normal levels that I have to play for days/weeks even before winning! Even when I use some of extra cards to help me beat the level, I lose. I’ve been playing this game for years….but when I come across a level like this (been playing level 2335 for 2 weeks) I get frustrated and abandon the game for months at a time.
