Help – DEAD PLAGUE: Zombie Survival Review

I delete the app and it keeps reappearing on my phone asking me if I want to keep or delete it. Why is it doing this. I can't even receive it from my device. I don't like this and I feel my privacy is being violated!!! PLEASE fix asap❗️ I can't remove from my phone at all not will it install I keep getting a message asking if I want to delete it and I select yes over and over and OVER❗️❗️ This game won't stop popping up in my phone I delete and it comes back
