VIP customer – Moments: Choose Your Story Review

This is definitely my favorite story app next to Moon lover. But coming from someone who spends money often on it there are some things you truly should consider. 1. Reusing characters gets old. When I read a series and get used to a character and the personality it makes it really difficult moving on to other series that use the same characters but with different names and personalities. There are several I won’t read for that reason alone. 2. Same as the the reusing of characters, stop reusing the same scenes. For instance the driving backdrops, the car interior (at least change the color). The most common driving scene You use in every story the backdrop shouldn’t be the same for Detroit, Oregon, and Vegas (just to name a few) they are entirely different places and makes the story feel so much more generic and less exciting when the same scenes are used over and over. 3. U should have at least two free options along with the diamond options when it comes to hair and clothing. Not everyone can afford to spend money especially with the pandemic and having to choose the same ugly outfit for The Whole story is less appealing to the reader. Or at least add more upgrade options for outfits with accumulated points like you did in lust of the moon. 4. If and when u do have to reuse characters make sure they have the same type of graphics. Cartoon looking werewolves in a story where everything else is so realistic ruins it just as using random animé looking characters amongst the realistic ones. They don’t fit together. Cohesive character design for each story helps draw the readers in. For instance I’m reading the hunter and the main characters r mainly based on realism (my fav) but then u got the baby who looks like he is orange and should be on the cast of Willy wonka as an Oompa Loompa, not the kid of a bada** outlaw. He doesn’t fit in graphic wise at all. I love the app, I love the stories, I spend money when I can….but these 4 points I’ve listed are causing boredom and have me seeking out other story apps to spend money on instead. I’ve spent $100 this past week alone on ur app but have decided I’m not spending anything more unless some things change. The stories themselves are addicting and draw you in so appeal to ur customers a little more and keep things new and fresh. I’m sure you would see an increase in sales and customers by keeping the graphic portion just as exciting as the stories themselves.
