Robin Simmons Order: “Air Fryer Toaster Oven 24-Quart - 7 in 1 Convection Oven” – Home Design & Decor Shopping Review

First problem: The Orders and Customer Service features will NOT load for me to get any information what-so-ever on any items I have bought. The Notifications feature does load. So here is my second problem: The Notifications page showed that an item I ordered was delivered yesterday (11/6/21) at my home in West monroe, LA, at approximately 6:30 CST. I did not receive the item which is an “Air Fryer Toaster Oven 24-Quart - 7 in 1 Convection Oven”. Since I cannot open any details on this item in the Home App (which I have been using for years) I have no way to know which mail service was used, what it’s tracking number is, what exact date it was ordered (10/21 or 10/22 I think), or the ability to contact customer support regarding this issue. Though I want to leave a zero review I cannot post this unless I press a star so that is ONLY reason I left 1 star. I am very upset and disappointed in Home as I have been looking forward to receiving this item and have no way to track it or even inform Home I did not receive it. I am going to try to report this through the Wish app. I am holding out little hope that this will work however. If it does not, Home has lost a very good customer.
