No frills online banking – Pioneer-Mobile Banking Review

This app isn't pretty nor elegant, but it does what it needs to do: provide a secure mobile interface to move your money. The branch finder is a bit overrated, as I can probably find the closest branch using my iPhone map faster than logging into the actual app. The secure set up to obtain a mobile access code and begin using the app is a bit tedious, but it's a one time nuisance. I'd like to see the UI improved visually, even the app's avatar doesn't look on brand for Pioneer Savings Bank. Upgrading to the latest version requires re-authorization, which includes needing to log in with a desktop computer, get a code and use that code to reactivate the mobile version on your device. That's quite a pita.
