Just clarifying other reviews – Samurai Love Ballad: PARTY Review

This game is an otome game. Otome is Japanese for maiden, meaning this game is directed toward a female audience. There aren’t going to be any gender-neutral playable characters. For the other person saying Voltage “stole” from Cybird because of the characters’ names is ridiculous. The characters from both games are based off of real historical people - no one stole anything. Besides, the Japanese version of this app was released in 2014, and Ikemen Sengoku was released in 2015. As for my experience with this game, I’ve played this since its release in 2016, but life’s priorities have made it difficult for me to remain as active as I used to be. I also feel like Voltage is losing money from this game (or are understaffed), hence the seasonal pearl and love passes sales. They even once asked players for interviews to give them in-game goodies! These were never options in the first few years of the game’s release. I used to look forward to new stories, but now I’m just waiting for Voltage to announce the game’s discontinuation. I’ll still play until that time comes.
